The Mimms Family - Four Generations together for Family Portraits

Another great family!  My job is so awesome!!  I met this funny and fun family at Historic Roswell Mill in Roswell Georgia and we very quickly snapped a few photos outside but due to the crazy hot temperatures (95+ degrees in Atlanta!), we moved inside to the Historic Roswell Mill.  

I have lived in Atlanta for many many years (translation... over 35 years!!) and while I have been over to the park at Roswell Mill, I have never actually been inside the buildings here.  The Mimm's family owns these buildings so on this visit I went into their offices, toured the space and fell in LOVE with the character and unique nature of the buildings.  We took some great photos outside but also downstairs in the families offices.  One of my favorite photos is with three generations of the Mimm's family standing behind Malon Mimms desk in this beautiful building.  There were gorgeous old stone walls, fantastic decks overlooking the river and the park below and great, unique rooms all over for private venues.  

Being an Atlanta photographer is always fun...I meet wonderful people and get to visit historic and interesting places in this city I call home.
