Safety Precautions

With Fall mini sessions on the schedule, I wanted to let you know about some health and safety precautions we have put in place as well as a new required Covid-19 Waiver.   The health and safety of my clients and my family are a top priority. Therefore, I would like to reassure you that I am taking measures advised by WHO and CDC to ensure that my littlest clients and their families are protected.

• I maintain a strict No-Sick Policy for ME and my clients.  Clients are required to disclose and reschedule the session if their child or anyone who will be present during the session has had a fever or any other symptoms such as cough, flu like symptoms, runny nose, gastro intestinal issues or vomiting in the last 48 hours. Have you been around anyone exhibiting these symptoms? Are you living with anyone who is sick or quarantined?  To reschedule, please contact me as soon as possible. There is no fee to reschedule.  I will also afford you the same courtesy. 
• All sessions scheduled during this time will be in-home or outdoor sessions. Studio sessions are not available at this time.
• Before each session I regularly monitor my temperature. I ask that clients check their temperatures as well prior to their scheduled session.
• Additionally, I will wear a mask when maintaining a safe distance is not feasible and posing methods will involve a limited amount of touching when at all possible.
• I wash my hands thoroughly before and after each session.
• I will carry hand sanitizer, wipes and or spray with me at all times.
• Until further notice, I will only be scheduling ONE newborn session every other day to ensure 48 hours between time for thorough sanitization and cleaning. 
• Until further notice, each client and their families agree to this waiver and the below safety precautions when making an appointment for any type of photography services by K. Boyer Photography.

CORONA VIRUS / COVID-19

NOTICE & WAIVER

Client is hereby notified and agrees that:

1. While the State of Georgia has eased or eliminated various COVID-19 based restrictions on businesses, the conduct and performance of the services being provided by K. Boyer Photography Studio are subject to those rules in place at the time the photography services are to be performed.

2. Based upon the scope of the social distancing restrictions in place at the time of the photography services, certain aspects of the photographer/client interaction may be altered by necessity.

3. Client and all members of Client’s party agree to abide by the social distancing measures in force at the time of their session or event. Client and members of Client’s party explicitly agree and understand that failure to adhere to such social distancing measures places them at increased risk of COVID-19 exposure or transmission.

WAIVER

4. Client and members of Client’s party assume all risks associated with potential COVID-19 transmission or exposure in relation to the photography services being provided and accept sole responsibility for an illness, injury, damages, claims or expense arising therefrom regardless of the identity of the person alleged to be at fault for such transmission or exposure.

5. As consideration for this waiver, Studio agrees to waive any liability or claim against Client or members of Client’s party for COVID-19 transmission or exposure.

6. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Waivers contained in Sections 4 and 5 of this Notice and Waiver shall not be interpreted to prohibit actions or claims against persons who knowingly participate in the photography services while exhibiting COVID-19 symptoms or who knowingly participate while having an active COVID-19 infection.
